La ubicación perfecta, el diseño súper acogedor. Tanto el baño como la cocina estaban equipadas, han tenido en cuenta todos los detalles.

Saul ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber! Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und er gab mir tolle Tipps zur Umgebung. Die Wohnung wirkte brandneu und ist liebevoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man ist fußläufig am Pier und in der Innenstadt. Immer wieder gerne!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Santa Cruz. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location is excellent — close to everything yet quiet enough to relax. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tenerife.

Fantastischer Aufenthalt im Haus Paul!
Perfekte Lage, in der Nähe von Restaurants, Cafés und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man für ein paar Nächte braucht, und war sehr sauber. Man merkt, dass sie sehr gepflegt ist.
Die Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich, mit viel Liebe zum Detail.
Ich würde ohne Zweifel wiederkommen!

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt hier in Santa Cruz! Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, makellos sauber und hatte alles, was ich brauchte. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet – nah an allem, aber dennoch ruhig genug, um sich zu entspannen. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich und einladend, was das Erlebnis noch besser gemacht hat. Ich würde diesen Ort definitiv jedem empfehlen, der Teneriffa besucht, und würde gerne wieder hier übernachten.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war leicht zu finden und gut gelegen, nahe am Stadtzentrum und am Strand, mit einer einfachen Verbindung zum Flughafen. Der Gastgeber war hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation unkompliziert.
Innen wirkt alles frisch renoviert und so eingerichtet, dass man sich wirklich wohlfühlen kann. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, einschließlich einer Spülmaschine, und die Waschmaschine war sehr praktisch. Es ist auch ein angenehmer Ort zum Arbeiten, falls nötig. Die Betten und Matratzen sind wirklich bequem.
Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Wir würden ohne zu zögern wieder hier übernachten.

The apartment is brand new and very well located in the heart of Tenerife! The communication with the host was excellent - I had clear instructions and everything was as expected upon arrival.
As a remote worker I found wifi working perfectly and a great set up to work before exploring the island. I'll definitely be back for an extended period of time. N/A

The apartment was absolutely fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, it's very easy to find, close to the city center and the beach, and has a very easy connection to the airport. The host was incredibly responsive and spoke great English, answering all of our questions almost instantly.
The apartment itself is stylish, comfortable, and has everything you could possibly need. It feels brand new, like it was recently renovated. We especially appreciated the fully furnished kitchen with a dishwasher and the washing machine. It's also a great place to work remotely from. The beds and mattresses were very comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a long day. There were no issues or anything that needed improvement during our stay. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Tenerife.
